Com Hem adds mobile telephony to its well-established tv and broadband offers, and fulfills the customers’ total need of connectivity, both at home and on the move. The soft launch started January 17 through Com Hem’s customer service, and the offer will be launched widely across Sweden with the campaign “Com Hem to mobile telephony” during the first quarter of 2019.
Com Hem starts the new year by launching mobile telephony to complement its television and broadband portfolio. Com Hem, now a part of the Tele2 Group, will be relying on Tele2’s nationwide mobile network that reaches 99.9 percent of the Swedish population. This means that Com Hem’s customers will be able to fully enjoy connectivity both inside and outside their homes, all from one provider on one bill.
”Tele2’s and Com Hem’s common journey has just started. Thanks to Tele2’s nationwide network, Com Hem is well positioned within the telecom market to offer customers world-class connectivity. The addition of mobile telephony completes Com Hem’s consumer portfolio and offers our customers connectivity wherever they are. We are the first brand in Sweden to combine broadband, tv and mobile services in one offering and one bill”, says Samuel Skott, Executive Vice President B2C Sweden at Tele2.
Com Hem has already started offering mobile telephony to a limited extent through its customer service and the extensive launch campaign “Com Hem to mobile telephony” starts during the first quarter of 2019. More information will follow.
