About Com Hem

Com Hem’s role is to unleash the power of Swedish homes and small businesses. Every home and every business is unique. Some homes are empowered by being able to communicate with family and friends all over the world while others need powerful broadband for gaming. Many homes are empowered by the everyday luxury of having access to a wealth of cinematic experiences.

Com Hem delivers TV, high-speed broadband and telephony to Swedish homes and businesses through the Com Hem and Boxer brands. We are one of Sweden’s leading suppliers, selling our services to about 1.5 million customers in both apartment buildings (multiple dwelling units) and houses (single dwelling units) through our FibreCoax network, fibre networks, and the digital terrestrial network.

Life is moving online, towards a wider world of communications and entertainment, from your family photos to streaming music and video. People need a provider who provides reliable high-speed access alongside the entertainment content they want, wherever and whenever, delivered with a personal touch and a proactive orientation to innovation and service. Due to our in-depth knowledge of individual digital needs, combined with high quality services delivered via a very powerful network, we are well equipped to unleash the power of the Swedish homes and small businesses. Now and in the future.

“With a network reaching more than half of the country’s households we play an important role for the digital quality of life in Sweden.”

Over the last years we have made investments and improvements to make our customers’ experience better. And we will not be satisfied until we have Sweden’s most satisfied customers.
