B2B ARPU

B2B ARPU is calculated by dividing all broadband, fixed telephony and other revenue that can be allocated to each B2B service for the specified period, by the average number of total unique B2B subscribers for the period, and further by the number of months in the period. The average number of subscribers is calculated as the number of B2B subscribers on the first day of the specified period plus the number of unique B2B subscribers on the last day of the period, divided by two.

Consumer ARPU

Consumer ARPU is calculated by dividing all digital-TV, broadband, fixed telephony and other revenue that can be allocated to each consumer service for the specified period, by the average number of total unique consumer subscribers for the period, and further by the number of months in the period. The average number of subscribers is calculated as the number of unique consumer subscribers on the first day of the period plus the number of unique consumer subscribers on the last day of the period, divided by two.
